Telenet - Service Desk

The Telenet iDTV CSP platform is a Java J2EE Application and is considered to be the heart of the entire iDTV platform. This platform has two main functions: providing communication access for the Digibox, and serve as a bridge between the different systems necessary for the distribution of digital television.

The CSP platform contains all the necessary logic to enable video on demand, email, profile management, budget control, voting, etc. It provides Telenet with all information required for billing, and provides Telenet Datawarehouse with the data required for reporting.
